My ID Joash was in charge of my 4br BTO unit. He is very professional, helpful and responsive.

He listens to your ideas and helps to recommend ways we could achieve the feel we were looking for. The renderings were provided fast and any changes needed after could be done after the initial idea was created.

He was very clear with all the timeline and gave constant updates throughout the whole project.

During the works, when time came to do choosing of materials (Vinyl, quartz, etc), he would help see that the designs matches the theme before we made any confirmations.

He is very helpful and would take time to be on site to help out with certain stuffs. He also helped coordinated each works so that everything ran smoothly.

The whole project took about 2.5months.
