We walked into the weiken office at tradehub21 while shopping around for an ID, not expecting much except for a higher price tag due to its established name 😛.
Marvin happened to be seated right next to the entrance and attended to us since we do not have anyone in mind; he turned out to be a good choice! He was very professional and very reliable despite his young age and I understand he was relatively new in the industry! Everything was very smooth right from the beginning; from quotation to choosing materials to discussion of design details all the way to the completion of our Reno! Up till now, even when there were some slight rectification works required, Marvin would reply to us promptly and arrange for workers to come down and fix it! Our family is now living comfortably in our new home.
