Of course, it must be due to many years of his experience in this field. As a first timer of going through the renovation, it is really a blessing that we engage David. He guide us along the way on every stage of the renovation. He kept us updated on the renovation progress and always discuss with us on suggestion and proposed solution if there is a problem. Having trustworthy person as our ID like David make our renovation is almost run like in auto-pilot mode. We don’t need to worry about it. All of David’s people who were doing the renovation activity must be the experience one. We can see from the workmanship result they deliver. The progress is fast without neglecting the quality. David schedule and manage the timeline well which make it able to complete faster then the date line. Me and my wife really amaze and love with the result. the house is really what we expect.
