Lucas is very knowledgeable as an ID

We worked with Lucas Ngan from Weiken for the renovation of our first home and definitely don’t regret our decision to engage him over interior designers we met from other firms.
Right from the start, Lucas impressed us with his first design sketch which managed to capture a lot of what we wanted from our initial brief. We were also able to see his designs and walk through the entire house in VR using his VR headset. Having the VR view of the completed house at design stage was a big bonus for us as it helped us explore adventurous design concepts on paper, and allowed us to make styling decisions easily with the VR as reference.
Lucas is very knowledgeable as an ID and his designs are both beautiful and practical. Along the way, he was very open to our suggestions and needs, while still being professional and advising us against certain things which he thought were not practical. It was impressive that Lucas still managed to incorporate many creative and unique elements in our home (that we would never have thought of ourselves), while not failing to take into account the smallest of details to make our home more liveable (which we would also otherwise have missed).
Lucas was very detailed and thorough from start to finish. What we really appreciated was that when the project was near completion, Lucas was still very thorough in making sure that all the final repairs and touch-up works were done perfectly before the final handover. You can even say that he was more picky than us!
All in all, the home renovation was a stressful process, but we were glad that we had Lucas as our ID, and trusted Lucas’ creative judgment with the entire design of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the final result – a beautiful home that is truly unique yet liveable.
