Kiwi stood out from the rest of his competitors with his excellent communication skills and attention to detail during the first meet-up where we discussed our initial design criteria though we have not confirmed him nor the firm. Throughout the process, he constantly updates us with photos, voice messages etc. He is meticulous in spotting small details and ensuring they would not be an eyesore for us as homeowners.
It took us about 2 months and numerous meetings with various designers before we chanced upon Kiwi Lim from Weiken.com Design Pte. Ltd. to renovate our new BTO flat.

Our renovation journey have been a very pleasant one thanks to Kiwi. Being a first-timer in home renovation, though this is our 2nd BTO (after 20 years), we had a lot of questions and he was extremely patient in answering them, giving advice and ideas, as well as addressing all the issues we, and our children had raised, from proposal and quotation stage, to designing stage, and all the way to end of renovations. He is a designer who took pride in ensuring that our design is practical and suit our lifestyle. Turns out, our house design is “modern contemporary”, which surprise our family and we love it!
Kiwi has a great eye for colour and design and he is also able to understand our needs/ideas well. His proposed designs were very much in line with our rough ideas and requirements we had in mind. Throughout the renovation process thereafter, he guided us in making design decisions (e.g. colour, laminates, lightings, blinds etc) to achieve a more cohesive look.
Hiccups are unavoidable during renovation (e.g. carpentry, electrical etc). Kiwi is able to provide alternative ideas/resolutions to resolve/rectify the issues without compromising on quality. Workmanship and material used, so far so good! Very pleased with the carpentry, painting etc, and value for money too. Most importantly, Kiwi is able to design to what we like and want with his professional advice and expertise.
Overall, we are very pleased to have engaged Kiwi as our designer. We love how our house turned out! Thank you Kiwi and his team of workers for the hard work and dedication. Definitely recommend Kiwi to anyone out there 👍
