jenny will always updated us in whats app what has been done and she never fail to pick up or reply any of our message even in the late night,now it has been half of the year after our renovation,jenny still message us to check if there is any problems once in a while,i believe not every ID can do something like her
After spending countless hours talking to 8-10 different ID firms, we finally decided to entrust jenny wang from weiken with the renovation of our first home in singapore. The discussion with jenny was bi-directional. She is certainly not the “yes sir, yes mdm” ID unlike the many whom we spoke to. jenny provided many alternative suggestions, counter-proposed to our design and practical needs and we immediately sign the contract after meeting with her the 2nd time.
Our renovations took about 6 weeks,during the renovation,our communication with jenny was great and comfortable. Jenny is honest and she is very patient for all our questions,there are bound to be stumbles here and there throughout the renovation, but jenny made sure these were rectified and resolved professionally and immediately.
