I do not have a lot of experience working with IDs. But hearing a lot of scary stories of how friends had problems with theirs made me quite anxious when looking for one to do up my house I found Jake after looking for ID companies online. It turned out to be a blessing for me. Jake is responsible, responsive, accommodating, patient and extremely professional. You can count on him to rectify any, even those faults that you are not aware of, if he spots one. He sees from his creative lens that the design should be as such, but he never forced his ideas on us. He listened and made things work. He can be counted on to respond to us quickly too. Jake also kept us updated of progress regularly. He was with us all the way in this renovation journey. I want to sincerely thank Jake for transforming our house from ordinary to extraordinary.
