We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ken Yip from Weiken, and we’re honestly so happy with the entire experience. Ken’s project management skills were top-notch. From day one, everything ran smoothly, and it was clear that Ken truly listened to what we wanted. He didn’t just agree with everything – he gave us thoughtful, practical advice and really helped us understand what would work best in our space. For example, he’d suggest things that looked great aesthetically but also pointed out what might not be as practical long term, which we really appreciated.
Ken was always there to answer any questions we had and never made us feel like we were bothering him, no matter how many times we asked for minor tweaks. And when we did request changes, he was quick to inform the contractors and get things sorted right away. His communication and dedication were impressive.
We would also like to bring up that even though the flooring had been laid once, we were being picky and requested for touch ups, Ken arranged the flooring specialist to come over and replaced the entire flooring for us.
Another point that we would like to highlight is the curves of the ceiling cove, we really love how it turned out! We also received a lot of compliments about our house being really cosy and nice.
We couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for an ID who’s not just good in what he do but also easy to work with, Ken is the person to go to. We’re so grateful for all his hard work in helping us create our dream home and highly recommend him to anyone looking for great design. 🙂
