Communication is as much as important as the above two because Reno journey is not short and needs a lot of discussion & alignments. Liz’s soft skill is great. She is an experienced and popular ID as you easily find her projects from Weiken IG, she respected our requests and share her thoughts gently.
Everyone would have different standards & preference, but simply I & my wife are quite happy with Liz due to main factors below.
1. Punctuality: Each process had been completed within committed deadline, without compromising quality. I heard many IDs over promised and couldn’t make it in the end, but working with Liz was smooth and timely.
2. Professional & friendly team: A lot of various parts are involved for Reno. I met carpenter, electrician, plumber and AC installer whom Liz works with. Liz and her team are quite professional and friendly.
3. Great communication: Communication is as much as important as the above two because Reno journey is not short and needs a lot of discussion & alignments. Liz’s soft skill is great. She is an experienced and popular ID as you easily find her projects from Weiken IG, she respected our requests and share her thoughts gently.
4. Follow-up: Reno is a big project, so some defects or gap vs expectations can happen. Discussion about it could be sensitive, but Liz is open to hear and comes with good follow-up (rectification).
Lastly, although we are highly satisfied with Liz & Weiken, I’d like to highlight that our parts (consumers) are also important for successful & happy Reno journey. Hope my honest feedback can be helpful for people looking for an ID. Thanks.
