Joash is a practical person and he will work within your budget and advises you on what can or cannot be done. He does not ask the homeowner to add unnecessary items to boost sales and whatever he has proposed is curated based on my needs. He is a problem solver and will propose alternative solutions whenever there is an unexpected issue that crops up. He always replied promptly to any queries that I may have even when it is after work hours and he is very patient in explaining stuff that I do not understand. The handover is on time and any defects that was spotted was rectified promptly.
Sourcing for an interior designer is always a daunting task given the many horror stories that one came across on the web and from friends. Have shortlisted 5 companies, 3 giant firms and two medium firms in the industry. Decided to go with Joash from Weiken at trade hub 21 as he sounds the most genuine and he kind of knows what I wanted for my new home renovation. Glad that I have chosen him as the whole renovation process was quite seamless with me only going down to the site to check a couple of times.

The fridge that I purchased seems a bit too big for the spacing intended causing the bottom left hand side door to not open fully. He is able to solve the issue with his expertise and I am glad that there is no extra charges involved.

Joash personally went down to rectify this issue on two separate occasions. Some of the painting was not done properly and Joash also went down to touch up on that. He has made sure to handover the house to back to me in a top condition.
The journey does not end after the handover. After living in the house, whenever there are any defects spotted that was missed out or any issues that I have encountered, Joash will always ask the workers to come back promptly to work on them. I would highly recommend Joash to any homeowners who are looking for an interior designer for their home renovations.
