I think the differentiator of working with our ID, YinJye, is that she’s an ID by training.

She’s meticulous and very detailed, and to top it all, she has a great eye for design. As our project was delayed due to COVID, we had a long runway to discuss about the house. Sometimes, we find YinJye more excited and enthusiastic about the house than ourselves! During the discussion phase, we met several times including trips to various places like tiles, furniture, sliding doors, etc. She’ll help to critique the ideas that we very much want to do and will offer ways to achieve them if they are feasible. She sets realistic targets and expectations and she was quick to highlight any issues and how she intended to resolve them throughout the actual renovation. She also has a great working relationship with many of the contractors and managed them very well. She delivered on time and oh boy, we are incredibly pleased with the end results.
