Having a very busy work schedule, I could entrust the entire process to Jake and his team. From the design process where he was very receptive to my ideas and also keeping within the budget, to the entire renovation. Everything was seamless! Jake was also extremely prompt and responsive. Being an experienced ID, he also recommended what would or would not be feasible. I would definitely recommend getting Jake as your ID, if you are doing your future home renovation! No horror stories for me, only swear dreams!
