I like to highly recommend Liz Ng for her excellent work done for our home renovation. Right from the initial meet-up, to the eventual design conception incorporating all of our requirements for our renovation via her ID creativity and pragmatic approach into the 3D draw-up and physical execution of the renovation works, Liz has displayed her professionalism as well as customer oriented mindset in making sure that all the necessary coordination and schedule are carried out as smoothly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to her customer. Although there were some minor lapses along the way and small rectification works required after the renovation, Liz was very patient and committed to resolving any issues and this is what I greatly appreciate her for in terms of customer service and value-add in placing our trust in her. Overall, thumbs-up to Liz for putting in her effort to a very beautiful home renovation design that has surpassed expectations which is also echoed by my family and friends
