We were impressed with Mr Joash Ng creativity and professionalism throughout the entire renovation process, from the conceptualization of the interior design, to the execution, and the completion of the project. Mr Joash involved us with the planning to ensure that we were comfortable with design, and once we handed over the unit to Mr Joash, he took care of everything for us, saving us from all the hassle and worry associated with renovating a new home. Mr Joash was honest and upfront in terms of budgeting, material cost during the pre-project planning phase and any quality issues during the renovation phase. He was able to remedy all defects that we spotted. His planning and scheduling was top notch. We were kept informed on what to expect, and if something could not be done due to circumstances beyond his control, he will explain the situation to us, and making sure that it will be taken care of in the best possible manner. Mr Joash was super responsive to all of our requests (some were really very ad-hoc and demanding), suggestions and queries from start to end of project.

Despite all the challenges that we encountered during the renovation, Mr Joash never disappoints us and delivered us a home, that we truly love. Mr Joash accommodated all our needs and preferences, but at the same time incorporate exciting, new elements that took the final project outlook beyond the ordinary. Mr Joash personal involvement gave our home that extra boost of creativity and innovation that make our unit shines.

All in all, we were very satisfied with Mr Joash, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest, and adaptable Interior Designer. We wish Weiken.com and Mr Joash continued success in helping others to create a home that they would be proud of and happy to live in.
