After going through several renovation firms boasting their finest Modern Contemporary Designs, I decided to choose Weiken as their completed projects undoubtedly triggered my joyful excitement. Brilliantly, Hazlin was assigned to renovate my retirement nest and needless to say, she is one fantastic ID! They were always so patient, thoughtful and considerate, even when there were times I changed some decisions with regards to the works but they still managed to deliver and exceed my expectations. Even the minor air-con installation hiccups that happened during the renovation was handled right away. In spite of her busy schedule, Hazlin was always kind enough to provide us suggestions/ideas on décor. She has a team of skillful carpenters and contractors whose workmanship equivalent to a master craftsman, executing with precision, exacting the digital design.

Her customer service is beyond excellence. A trusted and experienced ID who does not shirk responsibility and put your mind at ease, even if certain part of renovation goes wrong which will be immediately rectified.

She is very meticulous in her work and would take initiative to solve any issues arises and inform us accordingly. Her constant update on our renovation progress made us felt at ease as I believe every homeowner will be worried about how their house would turn out to be especially during the renovation period.

She is very accommodating to changes which may require at times and her following up are excellent. Till today after the handover, and already moving in for several months, she is still following and helping us whenever is needed. We are very thankful and grateful to Hazlin for her impeccable and organization skills and efficiency in realizing our dream home.
