I was particularly drawn to Emily Neo’s work – the warm and homely design with a touch of elegance. I made a special request to meet Emily for the first meeting. She paid attention to my requirements and most importantly followed up closely for subsequent meetings/discussions.
Prior to engaging Weiken, I had approached anothe interior designing firm for a quote. Post meeting the assigned interior designer, there was no follow up except for multiple excuses that were given. From Weiken’s website, I was particularly drawn to Emily Neo’s work – the warm and homely design with a touch of elegance. I made a special request to meet Emily for the first meeting. She paid attention to my requirements and most importantly followed up closely for subsequent meetings/discussions. This experience was clearly more assuring that what I had encountered from the first firm I approached. Right from the beginning, Emily kept me posted on developments and gave valuable suggestions. I am particularly appreciative of Emily’s help for an issue with my toilet floor traps which was caused by another unaffiliated company – she made special efforts to seek help from her contractors to resolve the problem. This has definitely saved me from the agony of dealing with different people. It was indeed a good experience working with Emily – responsive to queries, close follow up of issues and going extra mile to help!
