For our new condo reno, we chose Weiken and our ID is Jovi Ong. Jovi is a young professional designer who offers fresh perspectives and valuable advices. He possesses excellent work attitude – sincere, easy to communicate with, and able to understand our needs well. We really appreciate his patience with our queries, requests and rectifications along the way. He is also attentive to details, very prompt in responding to messages.

On the job, our ID is very dedicated and responsible as he monitored the ground work closely and updated us after each site visit. He coordinated the project well, our reno was completed smoothly within timeline. For minor hiccups along the way, he ensured they were settled effectively asap.

The overall experience and outcome is great!
