It was definitely a great experience having Brendan Wong as our ID. The first time we were at IMM surveying for a renovation company, we were approached by his friendly self, explaining to us details on how the company works, the timeline and such.
We told him our concept and ideas on what we wanted for our new house. Brendan has been very attentive and patient to our request and endless questions. Through out the process of renovating, he has always been available, irregardless of afterwork texts from us.
He has been meticulous and accommodating designer from day one, assuring us that he will do a good job knowing that our past experience with an ID wasn’t a pleasant one.
Overall the process was a breeze as he coordinated everything well, within the timeline we need. We would like to thank Brendan for his hard work and endless patience!
