Elaine has a really wonderful way of interacting with people, and I think this also helps to get things done. Any time we had an issue or a concern, we only had to talk to her and she would help us sort things out – always with a great attitude, again this is one thing we loved about her.

TLDR: if you want a stress free renovation, Elaine is your pick!
We went to get the standard 3 quotes from different companies and found Weiken Elaine’s to be the most comprehensive and detailed. We also loved the positive energy she exuded, coupled with a “can do” attitude, it was a no brainer for us and we chose her as our id.
We would later come to discover that she doesn’t “over promise” even though she has a can do attitude! She knows what can be done, what should be done, and she always gives solid advice. If she’s not sure, she will check and get back to us. This is one thing we really love about her.
We heard countless renovation horror stories from friends and read them online as well and we are glad to say our renovation went pretty smoothly, definitely not perfect because you can’t find one, but I’d rate this 95%, damn near perfect. That’s not to say there were no problems but Elaine was always able to work things out for us and come through at the end, tirelessly finding solutions until we found one we could agree on. Again this is a quality we really appreciated in her!
She has a good sense of design and could very quickly grasp what we wanted even though we only had a vague concept in mind and she was able to come up with a design we loved with a couple of minor changes to suit our needs – as a testament to how well she could read us, her initial 3D is a good 80-90% of the finished works.

Also one last very important thing to mention, she has solid work ethics. She is a gem in an industry beset with IDs that overpromise and underdeliver.
