Brendan did his best to provide us with the best solutions and most importantly, in lining with our budget! He even took into considerations of the direction of the sun and wind to provide us the most practical ideas but also very aesthetic design. Despite having his own ideas, he listens to what I needed and made changes along the way to get my best fit.
I still remember the day when I first got my keys for my house. The condition was so bad that I felt like I’ve spent all my hard earned on an disappointment. The previous owners left it at a really bad shape. When Brendan came for his first visit, his words of assurance gave me and my husband through a good night sleep. Despite, the horrific condition of the floors and walls, Brendan did his best to provide us with the best solutions and most importantly, in lining with our budget! He even took into considerations of the direction of the sun and wind to provide us the most practical ideas but also very aesthetic design. Despite having his own ideas, he listens to what I needed and made changes along the way to get my best fit. It has been a smooth journey to see the 360 degree change in the house. Friends, family and even neighbors who came to view the end products all gave full thumbs up. Some even stated the design to be “an eye opener” for them. The quality of the carpentry, the workmanship have also awed my in laws and leaving them the temptations to do a renovation of their own home. I am truly grateful for engaging the right person that fits my budget in getting this wonderful job well done.
