After checking out from Weiken’s website, we have selected Jake Chew as our ID and did not regret our decision.

Ours is not a empty new house and we have furniture which cannot be removed during the renovation. Fortunately. it has been well managed by Jake with very minimal damage and we also understand that there is a risk to take. Our first meeting with Jake was a pleasant one, he is friendly, easy going, experienced and knowledgeable. He can relate to our requirement well and present it with the designs we wanted. We also liked his choices on the material selection and happy with the outcome. Carpentry discussion is a stressful process but luckily, Jake is professional, patient and meticulous that made our life easier. During the renovation process, he updated us regularly after completion of each stages with photos and videos. Effective communication is important and Jake has displayed it well. He is very prompt in replying to our concerns and clarification, whenever there is any defects required for rectification, he will dealt it swiftly and ensure it meet our expectation. The renovation was completed within the time frame and we are thankful to Jake for making our renovation journey a less stressful one.
