From the start, we were quite confident in the interior design we wanted for our home. We were very impressed with how Lucas helped to refine our concept and bring the design to another level (way beyond our expectation). Although he has many ideas that will definitely make our home closer to perfection, he has never been pushy as we emphasized on our budget. Apart from the 2-month delay caused by Circuit Breaker (and some minor flaws on carpentry/painting), we did not face any serious setback for our renovation. I imagine there must be a lot of issues to solve during the pandemic and believe that this smooth journey is a consequence of Lucas’s hard work. However, he just kept working professionally, never complained or asked for credit. Throughout our experience, Lucas is confident but never arrogant, always polite yet also firm in his recommendations when necessary. We see him as a highly trustworthy ID.
Overall, Lucas has made our renovation journey very positive. Apart from the designing process at the beginning and fixing minor issues when we first moved in, we barely spent any effort throughout the renovation (we rarely visited the site either). As a client, we wanted to get a satisfying outcome without being burdened by the process, and Lucas delivered us exactly that!
