Jenny from weiken tradehub 21 was recommended by a friend, and having visited several other ID firms I decided to engage her as her preliminary design proposal was the closest match to what I had in mind and we have very good communications which make the whole renovation very easy for us.

She was prompt in replying my queries over wechat and also provided very good suggestions for me when it comes to the material pick up like curtains, lightings and furniture selection process to ensure that my purchases matched the design theme.
During the renovation process, jenny provided regular updates on the progress of the works and also helped liaise with various service providers during the journey. She was also very prompt in answering my queries regarding the renovation timeline and scheduling.
Overall, it was a great renovation journey and a big shout-out to jenny for her effort and professionalism.
