Yes, Weiken is both CaseTrust-accredited and HDB-licensed, which means we adhere to industry standards and provide protection and peace of mind for homeowners.

At the moment, we do not offer in-house instalment plans

What is your payment structure like?

Our standard payment scheme is as follows: 1st Payment (Deposit): 10%; 2nd Payment (Before work commencement): 45%; 3rd Payment (Before carpentry measurement): 40%; 4th Payment (Upon project handover): 5%. This structure ensures transparency and aligns with key project milestones.

How long is the warranty period?

Weiken offers a 2-year workmanship warranty on all design and renovation works. This reflects our commitment to quality and long-term client satisfaction.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
