Client’s Requirement:
– A design that allows more space is required
– The homeowners are pretty into wooden design with some modern elements (but should bring a sense of Simplicity).




“Based on the owner’s requirements, I hacked off the wall between the Living Room and Bedroom 3, to create a bigger and movable space. Additionally, I tried to inject the adaptability & possibility into my design (based on the owners’ personal lifestyle), for example: they are able to swap the sofa location with the dining table if they are bored of sitting in the same area days by days. The design of Semi-open kitchen was selected to guarantee the aesthetics and can effectively get rid off cooking odors smoke.”
