She is thoughtful and does not hardsell her ideas in the design process, instead she comes up with alternatives that better match what we wanted. We could also see that she has a good rapport with the contractors which is always a plus point because we are very particular about the workmanship

Communications with YinJye was great, she answered our questions promptly, even when she is away on vacations. Our house design and renovation journey with her was truly a breeze and pleasant experience.

We spent numerous hours discussing our ideas and she took time to understand what we wanted. She is also very sharp-minded, and is able to answer all our queries on material, design and dimensions etc with precision.

She is always ready to come out with design initiatives and asks thoughtful questions for the good of the customer; and not simply to talk about things just to lure us to commit to more costs. Her ideas have been extremely helpful in designing the limited space that we have.

She has good design sense and attentive to details, clear in giving prompt constructive and professional advices while ensuring our preference is heard.
On top of that, she has very good working relationship with ground workers which is heartening to see.

Throughout the project, she has displayed immaculate attention to detail, has been consistently very responsive replies, demonstrated that she has listened with great attention to any comments or requirements I have put forth, taken personal responsibility on the oversight of the entire project.

Yin Jye expediently started drawing on the spot. It was only a matter of waiting time to assemble materials. Fast forward two months, the results were what I had envisioned. Totally pleased!

We told her the design we have in mind & she pulled it off & surpassed our expectations. Many a times we were not confident of our choice of tiles, colours & textures etc & how it will all come together to achieve the look we want but Yin Jye patiently guided us along the way with expert advice & conviction. As with all renovations, there are bound to be hiccups & challenges.

The final product was nothing short of our expectations. As with all renovation, hiccups do occur, but Yin Jye is always very quick to act on them. She is very professional and patient.

She is thoughtful and experienced to know common design pitfalls to deliver a very satisfactory design end result. Despite the COVID situation, her team managed to accommodate and fulfil many of subsequent touch-ups and follow-ups.

They pay attention to details, provide creative and practical design and their followup service are fast and good even I fully paid the fee.
Alot of ID will promise you heaven and give you hell. I can be sure they will only give you heaven without the hell that alot read or encounter before.
Not to hard sell, but is ur lost not to use them.

Ying Jye was able to provide us with several iterations of our home through her drawings and never once pushed back on our design requests. Through her professional input and hard work, we were able to move into our dream home!
