Timeline wise, Jake delivered early as promised, and design wise, we were pleased with his recommendations & suggestions.

The final cost of the renovation did not deviate much from the original contract (~+5%). That’s possible because Jake was meticulous in our planning discussions.

The works are all completed within the time frame given by him, he also responds fast during the rectification of all the defects.

Thank you Jake Chew, for designing our first dream home! During our first meeting, he was very enthusiastic which made us feel comfortable to share our ideas together. He provided us with tons of ideas and advised us regarding colour combinations, space management, aesthetics, and many more. He designed for us our hidden vanity cabinet, and also helped to make other areas look clean and give off hotel vibes. Most importantly, he managed to really understand the concept that we were going for and helped us bring it to life.

On our first consult, he asked questions and came up with designs that were tasteful and yet not cost a bomb. I thought that was very thoughtful. Jake is always prompt in replying our messages even after office hours. When we had to change some designs, Jake was very obliging and he also advised us on the feasibility of the changes.

Though we don’t have many items to renovate, Jake took each item very seriously and tried to make it completed to our expectation. What I appreciate the most is his effective communications with us and timely status updates, all those put us at ease during the whole renovation period.

What made an impression was that he sincerely listened and proposed his designs based on our needs but never forcing his ideas on us. Jake is always prompt in replying our messages even after office hours, he was also the fastest among the other IDs to send us the budgetary quotation.
Once the renovation started, Jake was very prompt in keeping us updated with photos, videos and texts. We had some issues with the renovation permit from HDB but Jake reassured us it won’t be a problem.

He executes his work timely and was able to come up with designs that were practical and aesthetically appealing. We were able to brainstorm ideas together. Through his professionalism we were thoroughly impressed by the outcome of our unit.
