Our standard payment scheme is as follows: 1st Payment (Deposit): 10%; 2nd Payment (Before work commencement): 45%; 3rd Payment (Before carpentry measurement): 40%; 4th Payment (Upon project handover): 5%. This structure ensures transparency and aligns with key project milestones.
