Germaine Neo is an excellent ID who is professional, confident, patient and friendly. She has good ideas that fulfill our functional needs that are also visually appealing. She is meticulous and accommodating to last minute requests. Even when senior family member is unable to fully articulate her wishes, Germaine can grasp what she really wanted and propose wonderful design.
