We worked with Yong Xuan from Weiken for our home renovation and she was exceptional from start to finish.

From the very first proposal, she went the extra mile by providing detailed AutoCAD layout drawings. It instantly helped us visualize the space and align on expectations, which saved us a lot of guesswork.

Our unit is small and we struggled with how to fit a dining area that could house our extended family and cell group. After a few rounds of discussion and careful consideration, Yong Xuan proposed a design that perfectly met our needs with a Japandi minimalist style – clean, warm, and practical.

She also accompanied us to select the wood slab, lighting, and even suggested furniture that suited our lifestyle. Her patience and on-site follow-up on details really made a difference. Every little thing was checked.

Overall we’re very pleased with the result and her professionalism. Highly recommend Yong Xuan if you want someone who listens, problem-solves, and delivers beyond the brief.

Engaged Yong Xuan after comparing a few IDs, and her sincerity really stood out. She was able to work within my budget and deliver a modern luxury home that we are happy with.

Although there were some hiccups during the renovation, she still managed to meet the timeline and I could move in as planned. The final stage was a bit rushed with some minor incomplete works, but overall the house was in a livable condition.

Areas to improve would be response time and workmanship, especially the carpentry.
