Communication with him was easy since our first meetup to end of the reno. I’m glad I took up all the other services (electric works, plumbing, etc) through Derrius. He coordinated all of it and this saved lots of my time and effort. There were prompt updates. He is also responsive and will follow up closely on rectification. He knows what he is doing and all his advices turned out to be right. Highly recommend Derrius to anyone!
