Upon joining Weiken, every designer undergoes in-depth in-house training conducted by our senior design experts. Our training programmes are continuously updated to stay aligned with the latest trends and industry developments.
Yes, Weiken is both CaseTrust-accredited and HDB-licensed, which means we adhere to industry standards and provide protection and peace of mind for homeowners.

At the moment, we do not offer in-house instalment plans
Our standard payment scheme is as follows:
- 1st Payment (Deposit): 10%
- 2nd Payment (Before work commencement): 45%
- 3rd Payment (Before carpentry measurement): 40%
- 4th Payment (Upon project handover): 5%
This structure ensures transparency and aligns with key project milestones.
Weiken offers a 2-year workmanship warranty on all design and renovation works. This reflects our commitment to quality and long-term client satisfaction.
