He is extremely friendly and approachable, and prompt in replying whenever we have queries/ concerns during the renovating process. Timeline wise, Jake delivered early as promised, and design wise, we were pleased with his recommendations & suggestions. Overall, a very pleasant experience with Jake and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends!
