Before starting my renovation, I was quite worried after hearing many renovation horror stories from friends. I met 11 different IDs before I decided to go with Ben.

From the very first meeting, Ben stood out. He’s a gentleman with integrity — he never over-promised, and he always took the time to explain clearly why certain things could or could not be done. As someone with little renovation knowledge, I really appreciated that he was well-versed in HDB regulations and guided me patiently through every decision.

Throughout the journey, I often changed my mind about designs and details, yet Ben remained patient, accommodating, and thorough in answering every question. What truly sets him apart is his kindness and sincerity. He always puts the customer first — helping me stay within budget and advising me when certain works were unnecessary, unlike many other IDs I had met who tended to upsell.

The coordination process was very neat. I didn’t even need to be on site because Ben diligently visited and updated me at every stage. When a minor rectification was needed, he handled it swiftly and professionally.

Tiling and plumbing were done meticulously; the plumber even found creative ways to fit my custom basins and advised on accessory placement for a clean look.

Air-con installation by Bernard and team was tidy and well-executed, with patient explanations on basic maintenance.

Electrical works by Ayang and team were top-notch — they handled my frequent lighting changes with professionalism and enthusiasm, even rushing to complete everything so I could finally see my home beautifully lit.

Thanks to Ben’s hard work and commitment, the renovation was completed ahead of schedule, giving me a comfortable buffer before moving in. Even when he was on holiday or unwell, he still checked in and sent me updates — a true testament to his dedication.

My entire renovation journey was smooth & seamless. I could fully focus on my job knowing my home was in good hands. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I am incredibly proud to show it off to my friends.

We had a really good experience working with Mr. Benjamin See on our home renovation. He has a friendly personality and was always approachable whenever we had questions or concerns. ID Bensee was amazing throughout our renovation journey. From the start during the first meeting he understood our intentions well and helped us visualise the kind of style we wanted. He also understood our budget well and completed the renovation within its means without compromising on design/look that we wanted. Gave us many options and alternatives when certain things was beyond our price range or seemed like it would not look nice aesthetically.

He was super friendly and super responsive, no matter how busy he was he will reply to any queries we had within the day. When we had certain worries or problems he immediately rectified them. The whole journey we were at ease leaving it to him to settle things for us, always on site during the works so that we dont need to come down so often. He even gave us advice on things we did not think about i.e furniture sizes and height.

Having Benjamin See as our ID, we felt that he listens to our requirements to understand what type of design we were looking for. During planning stages, he even used the software AutoCAD to ensure accuracy in terms of measurements for our carpentry and furnishings. During execution of the renovation, Ben provides consistent updates to ensure we as home owners are aware of each progress done, which is commendable.

Finally, we’re done with our renovation, and we’re so glad we chose Benjamin See as our ID for our first home. At the start, we engaged a few IDs from different firms for quotations, but more importantly, to see if we could “click”. Ben’s quote wasn’t the cheapest, but we really appreciated how detailed he was in going through every single item in the quotation. We asked a lot of questions – especially we were worried about hidden costs being charged later – but he always gave us reassurance. What ultimately pushed us to sign with him was the overall vibe and sense of trust he gave us. We felt the “safest” signing with him.

Throughout the renovation journey, we were very lucky there weren’t any major hiccups. Of course, we also trusted him fully to handle everything well. There were small issues here and there, but whenever we raised them, he immediately got his workers to rectify them.

Benjamin is a practical person that will tell you directly if a certain design is suitable for the general theme of your house, and not waste everyone’ s time. I particularly like the design for my wardrobe, with its fabric texture. Ben is an ID who is creative and also practical at the same time, so the design of your house will not be very pretty but lacking basic functionality. So thank you to Ben and Weiken !

What an experience we had with Weiken.com for our house renovation. My wife did research on few Interior Designers and we decided to have our unit renovated by Weiken. This is our 2nd resale flat, We are served by our ID Benjamin from Tradehub. Ben is knowleageable, full of creative ideas, patience and detailed in explaining on the processes. Not only that he always ensure the contractors adhere to his timleline and instructions given. In addition they have a good team from hackers, aircon-man, electricians, etc who will view the house before any works take place. He will work closely with his client.
For our house, we choosed Modern Luxury as our theme. About our ID, Ben is open to ideas and did not turn down his clients suggestion, in fact he will explained why its not able to do or he will discuss on how the outcome will be. Their cost is on the higher side, but it is a satisfied end product. This is our first time having an ID who frequently update as & when his free on the progression of renovation. Thus, he will also check with the client for approval before proceed with any kind works. The level of professionalism is beyond words, i wouldnt ssy its perfect but really above our expectation. Due to his expertise, we are glad that we had choosen Weiken and having Ben as our ID.
Everything from colors of the rooms & halls, choosing of home appliances, selection of tiles, we finally built a place which we see as a beautiful home..

We had a great experience working with Ben as our interior designer. He is very friendly, full of creative ideas, but also took the time to listen to our design needs and wish list. What stood out to us was how patient and understanding he was with our kids. He never minded us bringing them along to our appointments, even when they got a little distracting.

We also appreciated the consistent progress updates, so we didn’t have to visit the site in person to check on the work. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable process. Highly recommended!

Benjamin See followed the requirements I asked for closely – which was to keep the existing carpentry, stick to my budget and make my house stylish and luxurious. He gave advice to keep to a theme and colour scheme in order to avoid having too much in the house. While at times we had some VOs, these were subsequently kept to a minimum.
