Just took over my apartment after the renovation .
My ID was Ken Yip, a cheerful, competent , experienced , professional and very patient person. He had great ideas on the cabinet designs in all my bed rooms, living room and kitchen. Took the time to assist me in selecting the bathroom tiles and advised accordingly what would suit the theme of my apartment, and also helped in selection of the lighting , bathroom , and kitchen accessories . He always answered all my many queries promptly . Ken was very patient with my frequent after thoughts/reconsiderations to earlier decisions and also in addressing any concerns i had . He regularly checked on the progress of the work and delivered the completed apartment on the date as promised, actually a few days earlier . If you are looking for an ID for your home , you need not look any further .

Months ago, after meeting up with multiple IDs, we decided to work with Ken Yip(Weiken) to renovate on our 35-year-old resale flat. We knew that Ken was sincere and experienced, and we have never looked back on our decision.

Throughout the renovation period, it was evident that Ken understood what we wanted and the challenges involved in renovating an older flat. He was able to conceptualize and design a beautiful and practical design that we would feel comfortable in.

Ken tapped on his experience to advise us on certain requirements that we had, such as hacking, using different types of format tiles and grouting. He also went for the extra mile to guide us on the type of furniture and lighting which would fit the whole home together.

Ken has high standards for himself on the workmanship and frequently visit the site himself to do the checks personally. There were areas where he would rectify unsatisfactory works with the contractors until his standards were met.
