Just took over my apartment after the renovation .
My ID was Ken Yip, a cheerful, competent , experienced , professional and very patient person. He had great ideas on the cabinet designs in all my bed rooms, living room and kitchen. Took the time to assist me in selecting the bathroom tiles and advised accordingly what would suit the theme of my apartment, and also helped in selection of the lighting , bathroom , and kitchen accessories . He always answered all my many queries promptly . Ken was very patient with my frequent after thoughts/reconsiderations to earlier decisions and also in addressing any concerns i had . He regularly checked on the progress of the work and delivered the completed apartment on the date as promised, actually a few days earlier . Months ago, after meeting up with multiple IDs, we decided to work with Ken Yip(Weiken) to renovate on our 35-year-old resale flat. We knew that Ken was sincere and experienced, and we have never looked back on our decision.
