We had a great experience working with Yong Xuan for our home renovation. She was responsive, responsible and professional throughout the whole process. From the start, she took time to listen and understand what we wanted, and designed our home according to our needs and preferences. She was also proactive in giving suggestions and kept us updated regularly on the renovation progress. What impressed us most was how smoothly she managed the entire renovation. She kept a close eye on the progress and timeline, coordinated the different works well, and always kept us informed. This gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole renovation journey much less stressful than we had expected. We really appreciated being able to leave things in her hands and trust that they would be taken care of. We are very happy with how our home turned out, both in terms of the design and workmanship. Would definitely recommend Yong Xuan to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated ID!
