Yong Xuan is the ID I decided to go with due to her sincerity in following up with me from the start. She was responsive and a responsible ID. Whenever I had questions or needed advice, she was patient and helpful. Even when she didn’t have an answer, she would take the time to find out and get back to me. No doubt there were some hiccups and miscommunication along the way (normal for any reno), but we were able to come to a middle ground through give and take, and move on. My project wasn’t a full-house reno, but that did not deter her from making the effort to visit my unit for site checks and installations. I really appreciated her willingness to be present and follow through. Weiken wasn’t the cheapest quote I received. As for the workmanship and after-sales service, only time will tell. I hope it will match the reputation they’ve built since 1996.
