We engaged Andrea Yong from Weiken as our interior designer for our first home. Despite speaking to a couple of IDs, she stood out to us through her detailed explanations, experience and sincerity. She took time to understand our lifestyle, needs and preferences, ensuring that both function and design elements are well met.
As first time homeowners, we felt that we were in safe hands and we could rely on her advice to make the right decisions. During the renovation process, it could sometimes feel overwhelming with the multiple decisions to make. However, Andrea was always patient in guiding us and was open to our opinions.
Overall, she was meticulous, very responsive to all our enquiries and prompt to follow-up on any required actions. She also provided regular updates which we greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful experience working with Andrea and we highly recommend her.
