We had a very positive experience working with Ms Germaine Neo. She is not only professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but also approachable and easy to work with. Although our project was relatively modest in scale, she demonstrated genuine dedication and took the initiative to think through the details and offered well-considered alternative solutions that addressed our needs effectively.

Her coordination with the various teams was smooth and efficient, and she ensured that the work was completed to a high standard. We also truly appreciated her patience and flexibility in handling ad-hoc requests and additional adjustments along the way.
