The end result is as planned , a clean layout which i can easily change in future regardless whether it’s modern lux/ vintage / modern contemporary, the mood will be changed with wall paint colour or change of furniture sofa coffee table etc.

We had used her earlier for our first home and happy to engage her services again. Our new home was challenging with an unusual layout but Eva was able to recommend innovative design ideas, eg. Incorporating dining area with open kitchen concept.

She did our major renovation then, very patient and creative, and accommodating when we have challenging demands along the way. Her design and carpentry quality is very good and my place is still looking very new.

She has decades of experience and that is evident from her designs which were practical and elegant. She was very patient with us especially given that we were doing something at this scale and size for the first time as a new home buyer.

She is very cheerful with a great attitude, and was very patient with my parents, walking them through each and every step with professionalism. She follows through on everything from the start to finish (and then some rectifications), and her team is always ready to drop by to fix stuff promptly.

This is the second time I have engaged Eva Lau for her service.

She helped coordinate the other contractors to finish timely. Work done is of high quality. We are very happy with our new home. After we moved in, she has been very helpful in sending workers for small jobs/issues – is very prompt.

Used Weiken to turn a study into a bedroom in our condo unit. Eva turned our vague ideas into reality, by proposing pragmatic solutions. The work was then executed on time. After I reported some minor quality issues, Eva got them all corrected.

we completed our carpentry, plumbing and marble floor repair and polishing works. Eva provided us good professional advise and various carpentry design, colour and material options for our kitchen cabinet, living room and study. She coordinates with our other contractors on schedule and works requirements.

She will work with the vendors to ensure all issues are rectified and was willing to help out in minor areas that were not part of the contract.

Eva to me, was my guiding light. She delighted me with her creativity, shared and solved my woes with her ideas. Every time I meet her for our regular home-in-progress meetings, I feel so much lighter and happier with her reassurances. I was always confident that my home was going to turn out what we envisioned it to be.

She is very personable, patient and honest. Other than helping us with the design, she also provided us with many practical advice on types and size of storages that we need.

I was also overseas during the time when the works were carried out and I was very pleased that Eva updated me on the progress of the works frequently (even went on-site regularly to take and show me photos), giving me a peace of mind.

When we listed out our needs, her creativity juice would start pouring in and she would go into nitty gritty things to meet our needs (because we got advises from fengshui master before engaging her service). You may think getting fengshui advises would mean outdated and old fashion, but Eva proved us wrong.

Even after the handover, Eva has never failed to response to our requests on carpentry rectification works. Not only her service is impressive, we are satisfied with the carpenters & electricians too. They are polite & carpentry workmanship is also good.

During the whole process from designing to renovation, she has listened to our requirements closely while designing our home. She has also assisted to rectify issues brought to her attention. Overall, we are pleased with the design and renovation of our new home.
