Standard HDB Flat Designer Package
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
-Interior Design and space planning layout

DEMOLISH WORKS
-Hack off existing two bathrooms floor & wall tiles
-Hack off existing kitchen floor & wall tiles
-Hack off existing cabinet base or concrete support
-Dismantle existing bathroom door & door frames
-Dismantle all existing bathroom fitting & accessories
-Dismantle existing kitchen cabinet
MASONRY WORKS
-Supply & lay imported homogeneous designer floor tiles for kitchen flooring
-Supply & lay imported homogeneous designer floor tiles for 2 bathrooms flooring
-Apply waterproofing membrane for kitchen & 2 bathrooms flooring
-Supply & lay imported designer wall tiles for kitchen till ceiling height
-Supply & lay imported designer wall tiles for 2 bathrooms till ceiling height
-Supply & construct height 50mm cabinet base finish with side tiles
-Supply & construct height 50mm washing machine base finish with full tiles
-Supply & construct height 50mm fridge base finish with full tiles
-Supply & install aluminium rubbish chute
-Reinstate kitchen & 2 bathrooms wiring at cost not more than ( $350 )
-Supply and construct shower kerb for 1 bathroom
PLUMBING WORKS
-Replacement of standard piping ( Stainless steel piping )
-Supply & install 2 sets of sitting toilet bowls ( Showroom package set )
-Supply & install 2 sets of wash basin c/w taps ( Showroom package set )

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
-Supply & install 2 set of powder coated bi-fold door in bathrooms
-Supply & paint kitchen & bathrooms ceiling with selected emulsion paint
